By uploading a design to Homestorie.com, the designer represents and warrants that:
- The design is original or they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
- The design does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
- The designer retains ownership of their intellectual property in the design.
However, designers grant Homestorie.com a non-exclusive license to use and reproduce the design for the purpose of fulfilling orders and marketing.
2. Prohibited Conduct

- Copying, tracing, or closely imitating branded artwork without authorization.
